TIME ran an interesting article recently entitled, “What Do You Think the CFPB Should Crack Down On?” Article author Martha White suggested included prepaid debit cards, cash-checking operations and collection agencies.

For this week’s Ask the Industry question, PYMNTS.com wants to know: if you ran the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where would you crack the regulatory whip?
