  • There are many factors to initiate a successfull programme. Key is true added value for the participating customers, interactivity and not a yearly statement with points, it should be very easy to redeem the accumulated points. Social media could help greatly to have a excellent understanding and reachability to the customer. The best databasemanagement facility and interactive podium you can find. The new channels for interactivity are mobile phones. The NFC infrastructures that are beeing established will make loyalty participation easy and secure, secure applications will replace the card.
