It's a worldwide concern just coming to the US. www.rechargeplus.com, worth checking out and following their progress. Here again their success will be based on having enough load/re-load stations as well as retailer's acceptance. The advantge of their program seems to be in the low cost of using their system for both consumers and retailers.
