Google announced that it is upgrading Gmail’s “quick action” button to offer more diverse functionality for users, a November 11 report from TechCrunch indicated.
The improvements are designed to improve user experiences with Gmail. Users will now be able to open Google Doc files, catalog promotions from Google Offers and write reviews of restaurants ordered through the Seamless service.
TechCrunch reported that Google is planning more additions in the future.
