Lois Vitt Sale is Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer for Wight & Company, a full-service design and construction firm in the Chicago area. She is an internationally recognized leader in sustainable design and environmentally sound building practices. Her portfolio consists of more than 60 LEED projects, including prominent projects such as the LEED Platinum Hidden Oaks Nature Center and the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center - one of the first LEED certified buildings in the country. Her career has spanned over 20 years, through which she has remained at the forefront of the evolution of the green movement facilitating the integration of sustainability into the built environment.
