Benchmark Technology Group, a leading provider of branch automation solutions and technology management services, announced the addition of veteran software specialists: Aaron Caffey, Michael Walker and Tom Roth; and seasoned account executives: Thomas Hook, Deborah Mogan and Lisa Thomas.

Roth and Caffey are responsible for implementing and supporting Benchmark Technology Group’s branch software offerings that include: Proof21™, a fully integrated teller capture application; STeller®, a teller transaction processing application; Compass™, a new account automation software; BSA Navigator™, a compliance automation software; and Corporate Capture21, a web-based merchant capture application. Walker is responsible for implementing and supporting Benchmark Technology Group’s cash dispenser and recycler middleware product, Cashware®.

Hook, Mogan and Thomas are responsible for building and maintaining Benchmark Technology Group’s existing relationships with more than 1500 financial institutions that utilize its software and hardware offerings and support services to automate branches, increase efficiency and ensure compliance. The newly added account executives comprise more than 45 years of combined sales experience across numerous market verticals.

Prior to joining Benchmark Technology Group, Roth was vice president of Sales for New York-based Navagate, a sales platform provider to the financial industry and was a financial services director for Alpharetta, Ga.-based Optio Software, a document technology solutions provider. He joined Optio following his four-year tenure with Jersey City, N.J.-based Fundtech, a global transaction banking software provider, and Pottstown, Pa.-based Express Data Systems, a payroll processing company.

Previously, Walker was a business development manager for Alpharetta, Ga.-based Safe Systems, a financial IT and compliance services provider, and was appointed to the position after spending two years as a software engineer for the company. Prior to Safe Systems, Walker held account management roles with other financial technology vendors including Dayton, Ohio-based Teradata and Duluth, Ga.-based NCR Corp.

Caffey gained experience as a business development manager for Jacksonville, Fla.-based FIS before being promoted to strategic account executive for the global financial services and technology provider. Prior to FIS, Caffey held various sales management roles with McLean, Va.-based Network 1 Financial, a payment technology provider.
