From the reviews I've read online and also the blog we have written about ZashPay it seems like a pretty good offering from Fiserv. What Money Gram and Western Union don't realize is that p2p will cut into their business deeply, same way the internet almost put the news paper business out of business

It's really impressive what these guys are doing in a short time. Just popped up in my inbox in a MSN Billpay announcement.

First thing that I've learned in product management is always research the competition and build something better than what they have. Unfortunately, Fiserv has forgotten that concept and hoped putting the name "Fiserv" on the product would allow for mediocre functionality.
If you want to build the most robust P2P service, start with a white board with big letters on it P-A-Y-P-A-L and take a full inventory of what they do, then find the things they do badly, and the gaps.
Trying to integrate this with antiquated online banking systems is like trying to get a Mini Cooper to tow a 1960's Airstream camper.
