Adrian Șter and Diana Crângașu, two of the most seasoned competition and State aid lawyers in Romania, are launching the first law boutique specialized exclusively in these two areas on the Romanian market.
360Competition brings together a team of senior lawyers who will directly handle competition and state aid projects, such as: antitrust investigations, merger notifications, the notification of state aid measures to the European Commission and the implementation of compliance programmes. The 360Competition team is also specialized in tackling commercial matters with major competition law implications, such as structuring distributions network, crafting a pricing and discounts systems, analyzing the entering into commercial relationships with other market players, and taking part in professional or sectoral associations.
360Competition’s bedrocks are Adrian’s track record as partner in charge of the competition departments of D&B David si Baias and Wolf Theiss, two top tier competition departments in Romania, and Diana’s expertise gained in coordinating the local competition practice of Clifford Chance, in relation to which she will act as ’of counsel’ – as a matter of fact, 360Competition is looking forward to assisting other law firms with their competition and state aid matters.
During its first year of activity, 360Competition aims to increase its already substantial client portfolio by around 40%, and, for the next two years, it plans to develop a team of up to 10 competition and State aid lawyers.
