On 6 August 2020, the Fiducial group notified the Autorité de la concurrence of its plan to acquire sole control of the companies Prosegur Services France and Prosegur Security Holding France.
Parties to the transaction
The Fiducial group is mainly active in the audit and accounting, legal and tax advice, asset management and financial services sectors. It is also active in the private security sector and offers a comprehensive range of services for managing the security of people, information and property.
Prosegur Services France and Prosegur Security Holding France, subsidiaries of the Proségur group, are active in the private security sector. In particular they offer human and electronic security, video protection and remote surveillance services, as well as reception and training services.
