Manuela Guia, partner with D&B David si Baias—the law firm connected with PWC in Romania—has left the big 4-affiliated firm to set up a new firm with lawyers Bianca Naghi and Octavian Adam. The new firm is branded GNP Guia Naghi and Partners.
Naghi worked at David si Baias as well between 2016 and 2018 as a Managing Associate. After that, she partnered up with Octavian Adam, who specializes in litigation and who will lead the Litigation and Arbitration department in the new firm
“After having gone through a 16-years career in the corporate environment,” Guia commented, “I am enthusiastically embarking upon this new adventure, alongside a growing team of dear friends, who I respect for their professional character, but also for their strength, depth, dedication and ethics. I believe that we will do great things together, building upon the already solid foundations of our careers so far, but also adding a new vibe, a sort of courage that is very much our own, a warm but straightforward approach, where each client is our most important client. GNP is a team of creative and versatile lawyers, who believe that quality of service is of utter importance and who also believe in the value of each individual walking on the same path, whether colleague or client. For our clients, we strive to always have a fresh perspective, to meet business requirements, to always see the big picture, without missing any detail, and to find solutions specifically tailored for each situation.”
