Ferris has joined the firm’s antitrust practice as a partner in the Washington, D.C., office. Prior to joining the firm, Ferris served in the Office of General Counsel at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) where she led the FCC’s review of AT&T’s acquisition of DIRECTV. Previously, she was a partner at Hunton & Williams and a former chief of staff in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
