Spain: CNC fines six companies for paper envelope cartel

The National Competition Commission (CNC) has imposed a fine of 3.7 million euros on six companies participating in a cartel for exporting paper envelopes. The CNC investigation concludes that these companies have been colluding to fix prices and to share the market for paper envelopes.
