ThyssenKrupp, Vossloh, and Voestalpine fined €124.5 M for price-fixing

Germany’s Bundeskartellamt has fined ThyssenKrupp, Vossloh, and Voestalpine 124.5 million euros ($154.23 million) for operating a rail track price-fixing cartel between 2001 and 2011. At 103 million euros, ThyssenKrupp received the greatest penalty.
