NMa tells Funda.nl to end preferential treatment of NVM members with website listing order
The NMa has told housing website Funda.nl to treat all real estate agents equally. Funda.nl had been giving priority to members of NVM, a Dutch real estate association, by placing their property listings higher on the website than non-members. The NVM counters that Funda.nl was created by the NVM to benefit NVM members, and so preferential treatment for members should be permissible.
