    Throughout her distinguished career, Ms. Patterson has successfully navigated the complexities of antitrust litigation in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, rail freight transportation, publishing, auto parts, aircraft parts, biometric identification, poultry breeding, food additives, pesticides, optical film, flat glass manufacturing, and accounting and audit services.

    Ms. Patterson has earned a reputation for her adept defense of major U.S. and foreign corporations in private antitrust lawsuits and class actions. Her proficiency extends to handling related criminal and civil investigations, as well as enforcement proceedings by the Department of Justice, State Attorneys General, and foreign competition agencies.
