Former DOJ Assistant Chief Joins Foley & Lardner’s Antitrust Team

Mark Grundvig, formerly with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), has joined Foley & Lardner LLP as a partner in its Antitrust & Competition Practice Group in Washington, D.C. Grundvig brings over two decades of experience in antitrust investigations and prosecutions to the firm.

During his time at the DOJ, Grundvig served as Assistant Chief in the Antitrust Division’s Washington Criminal II Section. In this role, he led investigations and prosecutions of criminal violations of federal antitrust laws, including cases involving price-fixing, bid-rigging, customer allocation, and fraud.

Before joining Foley, Grundvig spent nearly 10 years as a senior trial attorney with the Antitrust Division, leading significant criminal antitrust investigations involving various industries.
