Cecilia Vidigal Monteiro de Barros has been a partner at Motta Fernandes Advogados since 2011 and is a member of the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Her areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, and competition. Ms. Vidigal holds Doctorate, LL.M., and LL.B. degrees from the Law School of Universidade de São Paulo. Ms. Vidigal has been a Council Member of the IBA’s Section on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure Law (SEERIL) since 2016, and is a former Co-Chair of the IBA’s International Construction Projects Committee. She speaks Portuguese, English, German and French.
