Liza Bellulo
Liza Bellulo has been the chief of the Office of the President and the head of international and European affairs of the Autorita de la concurrence since 2011. She joined the Autorita in 2009 as the adviser for European affairs at the Office of the President. Prior to this assignment, in 2007-2009, she was a member of the cabinet of the Secretary of State for European affairs (Jean-Pierre Jouyet), and focused, in particular during the French presidency of the EU Council, on the negotiation of the Lisbon Treaty and on JHA matters. She had been seconded from the Ministry of Justice, her home department, where she had served for four years (2003-2007) at the directorate for civil affairs and at the service or European and international affairs. During this period, she dealt with company law, consumer and tort law, private international law, and on the infringement and transposition proceedings that involved her department. She also gives lectures on Internal Market law to Master 2 students of the European Business Law programme in University Paris II Pantheon-Assas. Education: National School of administration (ENA).
