Paul O'Brien
Mr. O'Brien currently coordinates the FTC's participation in the International Competition Network. Mr. O'Brien joined the FTC in 2012 from the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division's Foreign Commerce Section. At the Antitrust Division, he was responsible for ICN participation and other aspects of international policy. He also previously served as a Special Assistant to the Directors of Enforcement in the Division. Education: JD and LL.M. (International Law) from Georgetown University Law Center
