Payments processor Vantiv has become the first U.S. acquirer to complete MasterCard EMV testing requirements, the company announced in a press release today.
The certification allows Vantiv to process EMV transactions for MasterCard, Maestro and Cirrus brands at ATMs and point of sale locations.
