Austria: CMS appoints new antitrust partner

According to CMS, Dieter Zandler, who joined the firm in 2007, has been appointed as a Partner of CMS’s Vienna office.

Zandler “particularly deals with multinational merger control as well as antitrust-related fine and investigation proceedings, which have been intensified in the past years, and also supports clients in the fields of antitrust compliance and internal investigations.”

He studied law at the University of Salzburg and obtained an LL.M. in International Business Law at the Central European University.
