Brazil: Case Imagine merges with Portugal’s Events by TLC, creating trans-atlantic entertainment force
Events by TLC, one of Portugal’s foremost Destination Management Companies (DMT), has announced its plans to merge with Brazil’s Case Imagine, a local leader in Live Entertainment planning. The merger would give Case Imagine a chance to open branches in Lisbon and Madrid and provide access to the European market. By the same toke, Events by TLC is expected to benefit from Case’s presence in Florida in order to increase its international presence.
“Both companies share the ambition of becoming the best at creative solutions, innovation and high levels of customer support” said the Portuguese group’s CEO, Diogo Assis. “By developing the market and changing the needs of our customers we have seen the demand for a wider range of services grow. This has been the key engine to our expansion- the ability to offer more services to a wider range of customers is what we expect to see as a result of this merger.”
Events by TLC will continue to focus on their offerings, consisting mostly on services for international business meetings and incentives for large events, while Case Imagine will focus on Active Marketing, content creation and social network and video marketing activities, complementing each other’s strengths.
