The Swiss Competition Commission has decided not to take any action on FC Sion’s complaint against UEFA alleging abuse of a dominant position. UEFA’s Control and Disciplinary Body, on September 2, 2011, had imposed two match forfeits on Sion. The UEFA Appeals Body upheld the decision on September 13, and Sion filed a complaint with the Competition Commission on October 27, 2011.
