Company Compliance with U.S. Antitrust law: Policy-Tracking in a Changing Landscape

President Biden began his presidency with an executive order seeking a whole-of-government approach to promote competition. In the past two years, U.S. antitrust agencies have responded by increasing antitrust scrutiny on companies, including shifting policies previously relied upon by compliance officers and sometimes withdrawing them altogether.
