Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has brought in Charlotte Colin-Dubuisson as a partner in its Antitrust, Competition, and Trade team based in Paris. Specializing in EU and French competition law, Colin-Dubuisson adds significant experience in sectors like Fast Moving Consumer Goods, optical retail, luxury, waste management, metal, and auto-parts.
Jérôme Philippe, head of the Paris team, sees the appointment as aligning with the firm’s growth goals for its Paris office. Alastair Chapman, Freshfields’ Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Practice Group Leader, highlights the move as a way to strengthen the firm’s offerings in Paris.

This development follows Freshfields’ recent hire of Colin Raftery from the Competition and Markets Authority in London and the expansion of its U.S. antitrust team with litigators Heather Lamberg and Tina Sessions last year.
