Starting last October 26th, Mexico’s competition regulator COFECE and its telecommunications counterpart, the Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT), will be conducting an open call for applicants to upcoming vacancies among their Top brass.
Applicants may register before the committee until November 9th, with all required documentation to be delivered by the 16th. A final, written exam will be held for successful applicants on December 10th. Once the process is completed, the Evaluation committee will send a list of up to 5 candidates for each position to be considered and approved by Mexico’s congress.
The Evaluation committee is formed by Central Bank governor Agustin Carstens, along with economic councillor Sylvia Schmelkes del Valle and the President of Mexico’s National Statistics and Geography Institute, Julio Alonso Santaella.
