The news of Nicole Kar’s recruitment was first reported by Bloomberg last week and adds to Paul Weiss’s recent high-profile hires. Earlier this week, the firm announced the addition of Christopher Sullivan, the former London head of private equity at Clifford Chance, and finance partner Taner Hassan.
