The start of the new Congress has lead to Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) taking lead of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s Antitrust Subcommittee. The Subcommittee oversees the goings-on of both the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission concerning competition matters. Klobuchar has been in office since 2007.
