Argentina: Modes For Entering Urgent Presentations Under the Framework Of The Health Emergency – COVID-19
Following the Sanitary Emergency declared in Argentina due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak it was announced, through Resolution No. 98/2020, that between March 16, 2020 and March 31, March 2020, both dates included, deadlines will be suspended in all files pending before the Argentine Antitrust Commission.
Furthermore, Government assistance in antitrust matters will be provided with minimum personnel for urgent matters. Therefore, in principle and until further notice, new filings may be initiated, whether referring to anti-competitive conduct or notification of economic concentrations.
