Brazilian attorneys Eduardo Caminati Anders and Marcio Bueno, together with a team of 15 lawyers specializing in competition, have announced the launch of a new firm, accumulating more than two decades of experience in Brazilian antitrust and M&A law.
Marcio Bueno is currently President of IBRAC, the foremost association of lawyers dedicated competition and antitrust in Brazil. Mr. Bueno has two decades of experience working with the most important law firms in the country.
Eduardo Caminati is current President of the recently inaugurated Competition Commission of the International Competition Commission in Brazil, as well as former President of IBRAC. With more than 10 years of experience, Mr. Caminati has worked on some of Brazil’s most important issues surrounding antitrust law. The firm, along with its members, is shaping up to take a leadership position in the development of competition policies in the South American country with the organization of various events and conferences.
