You can contact the Bundeskartellamt as usual by e-mail, phone, or fax, as well as by mail. Deadlines can still be met by sending a fax.
To ensure continued availability the Bundeskartellamt’s decision divisions and the federal public procurement tribunals have also set up additional mailboxes which can be accessed by every employee of the corresponding department. The e-mail addresses consist of the corresponding departments’ abbreviations followed by the Bundeskartellamt’s standard domain.
