Tras la aprobación por parte de autoridades estadounidenses, ChemChina y Syngenta han anunciado la aprobación de sus planes de fusión por parte de la Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica de México.
La operación, valuada en $43 mil millones de dólares, al contar con la aprobación de un número importante de reguladores en el mundo. La transacción vería a Syngenta, fabricante suizo de pesticidas, ser adquirido por ChemChina, la empresa de productos químicos más importante de China.
La aprobación representa un paso más hacia la aprobación de ésta transacción, que ocurriría a finales del segundo trimestre de 2017.
