Intuit added these industry-specific, artificial intelligence-native capabilities to Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online Advanced, according to the release.

The new capabilities for nonprofits include fund and grant accounting built into the platform rather than managed through spreadsheets, the release said. The new capabilities for manufacturing businesses include workflows for multi-location inventory and production, including pick-pack-ship and multi-level bill of materials. For construction businesses, Intuit deepened its platform’s existing industry-specific capabilities.

“With the power of Intuit Intelligence and industry depth, these businesses can manage greater complexity and scale with confidence,” Intuit said in the release.

These industry-specific capabilities were among several new innovations that Intuit showcased at its Intuit Connect event. All are powered by the Intuit Intelligence platform, which brings together AI, machine learning, deterministic code, human expertise and permissioned financial data, according to the release.

Intuit also announced at Intuit Connect that it enhanced its Intuit Accountant Suite with Agentic Books Close, which runs more of the monthly close process automatically; Firm Playbooks and portfolio intelligence capabilities, which help firms standardize onboarding and workflows, as well as surface portfolio-level insights; and ProPartner, a program that will launch in 2027 and offer training and certifications, access to rewards and benefits, and the ability to connect with potential clients, according to the release.

Other innovations highlighted at Intuit Connect are being added to QuickBooks. They include AI-powered cash flow and invoicing tools, expanded money management, enhanced sales tax preparation and human capital management, per the release.

“With Intuit Intelligence, we’re harnessing the power of AI, so businesses and accountants can continue to lead through the largest technology disruption in our history, one that is fundamentally changing how they compete and grow,” Intuit Chairman and CEO Sasan Goodarzi said in the release.

Goodarzi said during an August earnings call that 75% of the users of the Intuit Enterprise Suite are using Intuit’s AI agents every month.

Intuit introduced Intuit Intelligence in October 2025, describing it as a system that will unify a business’s data and provide access to a team of AI agents across all financial tasks.
