Crypto Bank Flagged: Anchorage Digital Bank was flagged by the OCC for violating AML laws. The flagship crypto bank based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota was granted a conditional license last year and failed to adopt a compliance program that meets Bank Secrecy Act and AML protocols, OCC said.
