In How We Shop: Brick-And-Mortar’s Role In The Bring-It-To-Me Economy, a PYMNTS and Carat from Fiserv collaboration, we surveyed 5,266 consumers to learn about the digital features that can give in-store merchants an edge when consumers “need it now.”
