Latest Provider Ranking of Aggregators Features Familiar Faces, but Some Have Changed Seats

Hungry for data? PYMNTS is here to deliver. On the menu today we have the latest edition of the monthly PYMNTS Provider Ranking of Aggregators.

For the most part, this month’s Top 10 includes apps that have become old standbys — comfort food, if you will. One has made quite a leap in the rankings since last month, though. Let’s take a look.

The Top Five 

DoorDash remains the leader, holding on to the top spot in the rankings.

Right behind, as it was last month, is Uber Eats.

Still holding the No. 3 position is Deliveroo.

Next, we have the biggest change in the rankings since last month, with Swiggy leaping all the way from the seventh spot to the fourth.

That move causes some of our other competitors to edge down a spot in the rankings, starting with Instacart, which now rest at No. 5.

The Top 10 

Jostled by the shifting positions in the fourth and fifth rankings, all but one of the contestants in the second tier of the top 10 have moved down a spot or two.

Also stepping down one level since last time is Just Eat, which is now just outside the top five at No. 6.

The trend continues as we get to the seventh position, where we now find Zomato, which also moved a position lower.

Grubhub, which had shared the sixth spot last month, has dipped to No. 8.

Also moving two spots lower is Glovo, which is now ranked ninth.

Rounding out the top 10, we have a tie. Menulog sits here, as it did last month, but it now shares the spot with SkipTheDishes, which has slid two levels.
