When it comes to restaurant aggregators, the top players know how to hold their ground. PYMNTS reveals which aggregators are staying on top and which are losing ground in the April edition of PYMNTS’ Provider Ranking of Aggregators.
Most players held onto their leadership positions, while one aggregator lost ground.
The Top Five
DoorDash held onto its place at No. 1, with the maximum possible 100 points.
Plus, Uber Eats and Deliveroo kept their places in the No. 2 and No. 3 spots, respectively.
Instacart at No. 4 and Just Eat at No. 5 also held onto their positions from last month, rounding out the top five.
The Top 10
Much like the top five frontrunners, Zomato also maintained its ground, holding steady at No. 6.
Similarly, Grubhub kept up its spot at No. 7.
Glovo, which was previously tied for eighth place, became the sole No. 8 pick this month, as its previous complement, Swiggy, took a step down in the ranks, falling to No. 9.
Tied with Swiggy at No. 9 were last month’s ninth place picks Menulog and SkipTheDishes.
Similarly, Talabat held its place at No. 10, closing out the top 10 ranking.
See if the category leaders can keep up their hot streak next month in PYMNTS’ Provider Ranking of Aggregators.
