Buy now, pay later (BNPL) lender Klarna is bringing its installment payments program to the online salon booking platform StyleSeat to offer people an interest-free Pay in 4 solution for beauty and haircare needs.
Kristina Elkhazin, Head of North America, Klarna, said that there is an increasing demand for self-care services and by teaming up with StyleSeat, Klarna can help it “provide important resources” for customers and small businesses.

“By integrating Klarna’s payment options, StyleSeat can offer an even more enhanced experience for consumers to help them save time and money and be in control of their finances, while also driving new revenue streams for professionals,” Elkhazin said.
Headquartered in San Francisco and founded in 2011 by CEO Melody McCloskey launched StyleSeat in 2011, the company is a full back office solution for professionals in the personal services sector to run their business. It’s the largest destination for consumers to discover, book and pay for appointments online or from their phone.

StyleSeat has coordinated over 180 million booked appointments to date, totaling over $10.6 billion in revenue for small businesses.
