Study Finds Half of Consumers Want Instant Payments but Can't Get Them
Among the 170 million consumers who received at least one disbursement last year, nearly half would prefer to receive them instantly. The findings come from 3,633 people surveyed for PYMNTS’ new “Disbursements Satisfaction Report,” a collaboration with Ingo Money, which looks at how a lack of instant options could put businesses at risk of losing customers.
