Any retailer who has not already invested heavily in a mobile-friendly interface and in-house app might be wishing they had. Demandware, an eCommerce software provider, claims that “mobile-first” is long gone, and we are now “on the fast track to mobile-only.”
Demandware’s latest data shows the power of mobile, and the numbers don’t seem to imply a passing fad.
