Mt. Gox, the world’s largest Bitcoin exchange, is facing a $75 million lawsuit from former partner CoinLab, according to Finextra.
Mt. Gox struck a deal with CoinLab in November 2012 to outsource its North American transactions. CoinLab has filed a breach-of-contract suit claiming that Mt. Gox “willfully failed to perform its obligations.” CoinLab alleges that Mt. Gox continued to market to North American Bitcoin users and also failed to provide CoinLab with reconciliation data.
