Kohl’s is facing backlash for what many customers are call its poor holiday service, InternetRetailer reported on December 24.
The media outlet indicates that of the first 50 postings on the retailer’s official Facebook page today, 43 criticized the company and its service.
Customers allege that orders were not fulfilled or delivered late. Others reported receiving duplicate items that lead to returns.
