Invoiced Launches Software To Link On-Site Systems With AR Cloud

Accounts receivable (AR) automation platform Invoiced has launched its Invoiced ERP Connect offering to link on-site enterprise resource planning (ERP) and accounting technologies with the Invoiced A/R Cloud. The technology comes at no cost to download and is currently available, according to a Thursday (Dec. 10) announcement.

Although a number of companies have moved different technologies to the cloud, many of them utilize systems they keep on-site for further security, features and other advantages.

The Invoiced ERP Connect offering offers a “no-compromise” method for linking software on-site with Invoiced’s cloud-based technology to automate accounts receivable, according to the announcement.

“Because many businesses are committed to their on-premise systems of record, ERP Connect enables them to maintain that core IT posture without having to miss out on cutting-edge AR innovations [that] we’re continuously delivering via our cloud-based platform,” Invoiced Co-founder and CEO Jared King said in the announcement.

Invoiced ERP Connect comes with advantages and functionalities such as “on-premise, cross-platform compatibility,” with the software serving as a “purpose-built” local program for on-site use that is compatible with Windows, Linux and macOS.

The solution also aims to provide abundant data access, as it can link with many endpoints for syncing clients, invoices, credit notes, contacts, estimates, payments and payment plans, among others. It also links with Invoiced.com, “keeping IT environments safe while avoiding firewall obstacles,” according to the announcement.

Invoiced ERP Connect can be used along with a complimentary Invoiced trial or one of the company’s pricing plans.

In separate news, Wells Fargo and Bill.com are collaborating on a new Bill Manager function to assist small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in automating their AR and accounts payable (AP) workflow. Bill Manager will integrate cloud-based flows from Bill.com into Wells Fargo’s online banking service, providing a paper-free way to pay bills and provide “simplicity, visibility and control,” according to a release.
