Quadient Debuts Business Intelligence For AR Automation

Quadient, which works on customer connections via both digital and physical channels, has a new Business Intelligence (BI) module that will dig more into data and analysis for accounts receivable (AR) automation for the company’s YayPay service, a press release said on Monday (June 21).

Quadient has been working on new ways to expand its Intelligent Communication Automation software and offer more Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud solutions for customers.

The new BI module intends to bolster the software by allowing AR teams to look comprehensively into data and find out what they need to know. That will come with visualizing AR health via new dashboards, the release said.

With the new BI module, the release said Quadient will be able to offer users a way to sort through data elements with new filters and presets. Businesses will now have the option to have several reports in the same dashboard and schedule automated sending of new reports. This will help give more insight into data like payor trends or pitfalls. Insights into productivity tracking based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer disputes will also be accessible.

“The advanced BI module for YayPay is the latest innovation in our best-of-suite offering for mid-market customers, where we expect strong overall growth,” said Geoffrey Godet, CEO of Quadient. “Quadient’s software portfolio is highly distinctive in the market with leading solutions across the customer experience and customer communications management, as well as the AP and AR value chain. Our end-to-end SaaS cloud-based solutions address the digital needs of businesses of all sizes, helping companies communicate and automate processes to drive stronger customer connections.”

With last year’s drastic turn to remote work as the COVID-19 pandemic set in, Alyna Wnukowsky, chief solution officer for Business Process Automation at Quadient, told PYMNTS that it was important to keep smaller businesses in the loop.

Wnukowsky said there was an opportunity to shift away from physical invoice mailing and into eInvoicing.
