Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat is the Minister of Trade for the Republic of Türkiye. He received his doctorate from Marmara University European Community Institute with his thesis on “European Monetary System”. He was given the title of “professor” in the field of International Relations and European Union at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.
