Stephen is a partner at Baker McKenzie, where he is also the chair of the firm's Asia-Pacific Antitrust & Competition Group and the TMT Industry Group. He is also the head of their Greater China Antitrust & Competition team. His practice covers a broad range of competition law issues in China, Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific, including competition audits and compliance, competition litigation, competition related judicial review proceedings, access claims, multijurisdictional cartel investigations, merger clearance, collaboration/joint ventures and antitrust advisory. Stephen regularly advises on competition policy matters, including regulated industry negotiations with governments and regulators, deregulation, privatization and state owned enterprises reform. He also has extensive experience in TMT regulatory and litigation matters, acting on some of their most complex local and cross-border matters.
