TSYS announced a new licensing agreement with predictive analytics and decision management software company, FICO, according to TSYS release. The agreement, announced during the FICO World 2014 conference, will deliver an analytics-powered marketing product for card issuers: TSYS Targeted Messaging.
The product is designed to enhance cardholder communication, and will include FICO Customer Dialogue Manager, a multi-channel marketing platform that enables clients to create, execute and manage precisely timed and targeted campaigns. These campaigns aim to engage customers across all channels based on their interactions and preferences.
According to Paul Bridgewater, group executive of Global Product at TSYS, the agreement with FICO will give clients the ability to “put data into action with access to valuable customer insights and enhanced communication.”
“Contemporary marketers are constantly on the lookout for sharp insights into customer behaviors which can be applied to generate more individualized offers,” said Don Peterson, VP and general manager of Marketing Solutions at FICO, in the release. He added that “together with TSYS, [FICO] has been able to build a solution able to build a solution featuring easy-to-use dashboard interfaces that provide real-time visualization of trends and data.”
TSYS’s clients can then use these insights for automated marketing strategies and campaigns targeted to specific card segments.
The agreement is part of a broader analytics solution suite from TSYS, slated to launch in 2015.
