USE Credit Union Further Collaborates with PSCU for Debit, Credit Processing

Credit union service organization (CUSO) PSCU is further collaborating with USE Credit Union (USECU) to offer debit and credit card processing services, according to a press release emailed to PYMNTS on Tuesday (Nov. 9).

Partners since 2013, PSCU provides USECU with overflow contact center support. USECU researched numerous options before deciding that PSCU was the best choice to move forward.

Jim Creed, vice president of Operations & Card Services at USECU, said that since they already worked with PSCU, they had intimate knowledge of “PSCU’s proven track record of building and growing credit union portfolios” and knew that both companies’ values were parallel.

“We know firsthand about the team’s strong work ethic and superior service. We believe PSCU will continue to deliver those positive experiences to our members moving forward and that we will be able to build upon these as our partnership grows,” Creed added.

Headquartered in San Diego, California and founded more than 85 years ago, USECU has over $1.24 billion in assets and serves close to 60,000 members.

“Our partnership with USECU has been mutually successful thus far, so we are pleased to expand our relationship to help serve their members,” said Scott Wagner, EVP, chief revenue officer at PSCU.

Wagner added that PSCU will use its “industry-leading expertise” to enable USECU to bring its members a great experience while also taking its “card programs to new heights of success.”
