Cozy, developer of a rent payments and tenant screening platform, has added a solution for requesting credit checks on potential residents.
Cozy’s CEO and co-founder, Gino Zahnd, says the new solution helps landlords save money and results in greater accountability between them and new renters, TechCrunch reported on Feb. 11.
The solution leverages Experian’s Connect API, ensuring reliable information for landlords.
