SutiSoft has launched an enhanced eSignature solution that integrates with the messaging platform WhatsApp.
The new SutiSign streamlines the digital signing process and meets organizations’ administrative, promotional, customer relations and employee engagement needs, the provider of cloud-based business management solutions said in a Wednesday (Dec. 13) press release.
“SutiSign offers a distinctive, seamless digital signing experience through its integration with WhatsApp, multi-language support and customizable features,” ND Reddy, CEO of SutiSoft, said in the release.
Because SutiSign integrates with the popular messaging platform WhatsApp, it enables users to easily connect with signers and complete the signing process, according to the release. The solution sends real-time notifications that connect users to agreements and allows signers to quickly access and sign documents while on the go.
The solution also includes tools for requesting signature and signing in various languages, allowing both senders and signers to choose from 12 available languages, the release said.
SutiSign also features real-time task analytics that track and provide insights into the document signing process; secure authentication methods that ensure agreements are safely accessed and signed by the individual for whom they were intended; and a customization feature that allows administrators to adjust the appearance of the elements of the interface.
“SutiSign signatures are globally recognized for business transactions, as they comply with stringent legal and security standards such as the ESIGN Act, UETA and EU Directives ISO 9001, SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II,” SutiSoft said in the release.
In another recent development in this space, DocuSign said in November that it has partnered with WhatsApp to create WhatsApp Delivery, a solution that integrates DocuSign’s eSignature with the messaging app to send users real-time notifications that link directly to agreements and allow for fast and secure signing.
Agreements delivered through WhatsApp receive signatures almost seven times as fast as those sent via email, DocuSign said when announcing the launch of WhatsApp Delivery.
“By offering another mobile-friendly method to process agreements, we’re giving users more choice and flexibility,” DocuSign said. “Embedding alerts natively into the messaging application makes the signing process more convenient than ever.”
